LifeBalance Rewards is a supplemental program component designed to provide employers with a turnkey, company-wide incentive fulfillment and award program.
LifeBalance Rewards allows companies to continuously promote their commitment to wellness while providing rewards that encourage continued healthy behavior. Awards are available for any budget and vary greatly depending upon the needs of each client. The program includes all award communication, fulfillment and distribution.

LifeBalance Incentives are available through, but not limited to, participating LifeBalance Vendors. By utilizing the LifeBalance Vendor Network of over 10,000 recreational, cultural, wellness and travel related businesses for incentive awards, employers can ensure that employees of all demographics and interests will find the incentive program attractive. Additionally, this means that awards are applied towards healthy and fun activities, further spreading the message of wellness and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.

Branding and Distribution
LifeBalance incentives and awards are branded for each client and delivered in the form of electronic or printed gift certificates that can be provided directly to the recipient or distributed through the employer. Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are redeemed directly through the LifeBalance member services team.

Program Promotion
The LifeBalance Rewards Program includes a client-branded welcome/introductory email that can be sent to all employees and is customized to include a specific message from the client. LifeBalance also provides client-branded promotional posters designed to promote the company’s specific reward initiative. Posters are customized and can also be delivered electronically to all clients.
